All products sold on this store are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.

Please read carefully before placing an order:

• No returns will be accepted for size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.  
• No refunds will be issued once the order is shipped or delivered.  
• No exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.  

Exceptions (only if applicable):
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof. Without valid proof, we will not be able to process any request.

In verified cases of damage or wrong item sent from our side, we may offer a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability). Refunds will not be provided.
