Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

• Order processing time: 1–3 working days.  
• Delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on location.  
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.  

Important:
• No cancellations are allowed after the order is placed.  
• No address changes once the order is shipped.  
• If a package is refused at delivery, it will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
